Confidential Information:
Employees of Golden Corral are expected to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality as it relates to proprietary information concerning Golden Corral methods of operations, its selection of employees, specific financial information on any units, and other information regarded as confidential.
Dealing with Suppliers:
Gifts of a monetary nature or otherwise (valued at $100 or greater), given to employees of Golden Corral by vendors, suppliers, etc. will be paid for by the recipient or returned to the giver. When employees of Golden Corral are invited to be entertained by suppliers and vendors, it is our policy that the Golden Corral employee pays the entertainment and/or meal expenses.
