Headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, Golden Corral is structured so that decisions can be made at the closest level to our guests. Operations are divided into regions which are located in Raleigh; North Richland Hills, Texas; and Greenwood Village, Colorado.
Our company and franchised restaurants are led by a Chief Operating Officer. Our company-operated restaurants are led by a Vice President of Human Resources and Training and a Director of Company Relations. Each region is comprised of a Regional Vice President of Company Operations, Regional Administrator, District Managers and General Managers.
Our franchised restaurants are supported by a Senior Vice President of Franchising. Each region is comprised of a Vice President of Franchise Operations, Franchise Director of Marketing and Franchise Service Consultants.
At the Company Support Center in Raleigh, NC, the functions that report to the President and CEO are Company and Franchise Operations, Finance, Development, Marketing, Legal, Administration, Human Resources and Training. The Company Support Center departments are located at 5151 Glenwood Avenue in the Beta I building.
The GC Center for Training and Development provides extensive training to prepare both company and franchise restaurant management candidates to succeed in the Golden Corral system, in addition to offering continuing management training courses for Associate and General Managers, District Managers, Trainers and Franchise Service Consultants. The GC Center and members of the Training department are located at 5171 Glenwood Avenue in the Beta II building in Raleigh, NC.
